2. Delivery areas
We deliver across the United Kingdom.
If you are ordering to a remote postcode, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands, or another non-standard delivery area, delivery times may be longer and additional shipping charges may apply. Any extra charge will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch.
3. Order processing
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
We aim to process and dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, launches, promotions or public holidays, processing may take a little longer.
If an item is out of stock, on pre-order, or requires a longer lead time, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated timeframe and your available options.
4. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation where available.
Unless we have agreed a different timeframe with you in writing, we aim to deliver your order without undue delay.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, access issues, high order volumes or events outside our reasonable control.
5. Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Where available, this will include tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
If your order is shipped in more than one parcel, you may receive separate tracking updates.
6. Delivery charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If we offer free delivery as part of a promotion, the terms of that promotion will be shown on the website or at checkout.
7. Receiving your order
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, within 48 hours of delivery. This helps us investigate quickly with the courier and resolve the issue faster. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Failed delivery and incorrect address details
Please make sure your delivery address, phone number and email address are correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery could not be completed after reasonable attempts, we may charge the direct cost of re-delivery.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
9. Delays or delivery problems
If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or has not arrived when expected, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
If we are unable to fulfil your order within a reasonable time, we will keep you informed and, where appropriate, offer a revised delivery date, a replacement or a refund.
